Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold we will not accept or open any parcels returned to us which do not have a Returns Authorisation Number where you have described the nature and reason of the return. You can obtain this number and print out a returns label by visiting the Returns Authorisation request page. The RAN allows you to return the item and is not a guarantee that we will accept the return. Please see conditions below:

Any faulty product may be returned to us within 14 days for replacement or a full refund.

Any product at all may be returned to us within 28 days for a full refund as long as the product has not been opened.

We cannot accept any returns that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered. For hygiene purposes, we regret we cannot accept any returns on wigs or panties. By law, intimate garments containing a crotch such as bodies or panties, cannot be returned once they have been tried on or worn. If the goods are returned unopened we can accept them.

We cannot accept any returns on intimate adult toys which are not shrinkwrapped in their original packaging

For an exchange or a refund, returns should be received by us or requested by you within 21 calendar days from the date your order was shipped and include the original packaging and be in the same condition as received.

We do not refund original shipping costs or your return shipping costs.

To cancel an order please email or telephone us. It is helpful if you have the order reference. Any order may be cancelled before receipt or within 7 working days after the day of receipt for a full refund. Refunds will be made as soon as the goods are returned or within 30 days whichever happens sooner. Goods should be returned to us at the customers expense. Goods Unreturned within 30 days may be collected by us at the customers expense and deducted from the refund. We reserve the right to charge a £5 administration fee for cancelled orders.
