How can i lose weight choose good diet
When summer was coming I know that I needed to change my life. I wasn^t satisfied with the fact that I weigh really to much and I felt to be unattractive and boring person. I started asking myself how can i lose weight and I had no answer to this question. There were so many diets, offers coming from different fitness clubs and gyms, I read a lot about losing weight but I still couldn^t decide what should be the best way for me, a person who rather rarely do any sports and rather don^t like doing them. I asked my friend who is a physical education teacher what should I do and he told me that sports are good method of losing weight but that I should also think of changing my diet. I started eating food that I never thought before that I would be eating and at the same time I stopped eating some product that before seem to be something irreplaceable in my life and I couldn^t imagine my life without cheeseburgers and coke. What really surprised me, the diet worked and nowadays when someone asks me the same question how can i lose weight I always answer that the best method is good diet which will reduce level of fat in your body and you will definitely forget about your plump figure that you hated before you started the diet.
